Citizenship & Immigration

My staff and I are able to assist you with Citizenship and Immigration issues such as replacement Citizenship or Permanent Resident cards and application processing delays.

*Please be advised that our office does not fill out applications.

New changes for Permanent Resident Card Holders:

Permanent Resident cards are still valid during the application process for new cards. This means that Permanent Residents of Canada no longer need to return their valid PR card when applying for a replacement card. The old card only needs to be returned when the new card is picked up in person from a CIC office.

Permanent Resident applicants no longer need to obtain a guarantor’s signature or sign a statutory declaration in lieu of a guarantor. This change will improve the application process without compromising security.

For more information regarding these changes, please visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada or call 1-888-242 2100 (in Canada only).
