Budget Hearing: Come and Speak Out
Have Your Say on the Budget and Discuss with Experts at a Toronto Public Hearing
May 17, 2012
TORONTO – The Conservative 2012 budget bill is an attack on environmental protection – 200 pages that have nothing do to with fiscal policies.
While the Conservatives are shutting down debate and block a thorough study of Bill C-38, it’s important that Canadians across the country have their say on the 425-page document.
Please come out and join NDP Finance Critic Peggy Nash, Environment Critic Megan Leslie and experts from environmental protection groups.
It’s a public event and you will be able to ask questions and discuss with the expert witnesses and MPs. Please RSVP through the Facebook event page.
